What gets graded

Four scores that decide how your site performs

Each one maps to something a visitor or a search engine notices in the first few seconds.

Performance

How fast your pages load on a real mobile connection, including Core Web Vitals, the speed signals Google uses for ranking.

Accessibility

Whether visitors using screen readers, keyboards, or low vision can actually use your site, which also widens your reach.

Best practices

Security, modern standards, and the technical hygiene that keeps a site trustworthy and stable for the people who land on it.

SEO

The on-page foundations search engines look for before they will rank you: titles, structure, crawlability, and mobile readiness.

Questions

Good to know before you run it

Is it really free?

Yes. The audit is free to run as often as you like, with no signup and no watermark. It exists to give you a clear, honest picture of where your site stands.

How accurate is the score?

It runs on Google Lighthouse, the same engine behind PageSpeed Insights and the Core Web Vitals report in Search Console. Scores can vary a little run to run because they simulate a mobile network, so treat them as a strong directional read rather than a single fixed number.

What is a good score?

Each category is scored out of 100. Ninety and above is good, fifty to eighty-nine needs work, and below fifty is a priority. Most sites have the most to gain on performance and accessibility.

Will fixing these issues help my rankings?

Speed, mobile usability, and the technical SEO basics are all ranking factors, so improving them removes barriers that hold a site back. Rankings also depend on content and authority, which a fast, well-built site supports rather than replaces.

Can someone just fix this for me?

Yes. The report tells you what is wrong; the team at Aesthetic can work out which fixes are worth doing first and handle the build. Book a strategy call to talk it through.

Want the fixes done, not just listed?
